Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be accepted before the order is confirmed by a partner. Once the order is in preparation or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Incorrect, damaged, or missing items reported within the supported time window.
  • Service not provided as confirmed in the order details.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timelines vary by bank or payment provider.
